“Tomme” is a generic term for soft or semi-hard cheeses made from cow’s, sheep’s or goat’s milk, characterized by a reduced fat content. The ewe is the female sheep. Our Tomme de Brebis is produced only once a month. The milk comes from ewes belonging to a farm in Boécourt in the Delémont region. The spicy taste of this exclusive specialty is sure to please sheep’s cheese lovers.
