Terms and conditions of sale
Our invoices are payable net within 30 days. We grant a 3% discount for payment in full within 15 days. The buyer authorizes sQills to obtain information from third parties. sQills reserves the right to charge a reminder fee. The minimum order for each purchase is CHF 100. sQills reserves the right to charge a flat rate for orders below this amount.
Delivery time
The delivery time is 15 working days following receipt of your order. If the goods are not in stock, you will receive an order confirmation. Cancellation of orders will only be accepted in writing and in agreement with both parties.
Prices and shipping
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Postage and packing are at the customer’s expense and are indicated on the invoice. A lump sum of CHF 5.00 (incl. VAT) is charged for packaging.
Claims
Complaints must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days, with the exception of sales at trade fairs.
Warranty
Our invoices are your warranty certificates – don’t throw them away! You can rely on our after-sales service, even for repairs outside the warranty period. Send your defective equipment, together with a copy of the invoice, to our address.
